You are required to attend your scheduled Virtual Section 341 Meeting of Creditors via Zoom. The hearing is conducted by the Trustee or Staff Attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee. The purpose of this hearing is to allow the Trustee and any creditors who attend to question you about your case. The Trustee will also identify any problems with your plan that need to be corrected before your plan can be confirmed. You will be allowed to ask questions about the process at this hearing.

Submit a copy of your photo identification and your social security card to your attorney at least 14 days before your hearing. Your identification and social security number must be confirmed on the record before your case may proceed. Failure to provide these items to your attorney prior to your hearing may seriously impair your rights to continue your case. **DO NOT EMAIL THESE DOCUMENTS**

Make sure that you have provided your attorney with copies of your federal and state tax returns for the two prior years before your hearing so that your attorney may provide copies to the Trustee. You should also provide your attorney with your pay advices/pay stubs for the last 60 days. In addition, you must make sure that you have made at least one or more plan payments (depending on whether you are making your payments weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly) before your hearing is scheduled.
